Silver Lace Vine?

Does anyone have seeds or clippings I could buy? They seem to be pretty hard to find online.

Dose lacevine die to the groung every winter. i e does it involve a lot of pruning?I want a vine on my fence but I need

When I had one, it would lose its leaves over the winter but it didn't die back. But since you're on the very low end of where it's hardy maybe it would die back in your area. It's a pretty vigorous grower when it's growing though (at least it is in warmer climates) so it may be more maintenance than you want.
