fragrant cut flowers

Granbury, TX(Zone 7b)

I took a bouquet to a friend yesterday - larkspur, pink roses and queen anne's lace. She thought it was beautiful but sniffed and commented that it wasn't fragrant. Got me to thinking how I'd love to have something blooming all the time that would be good in bouquets so that they would always be fragrant. Right now, my fragrant flowers are mostly giant four o'clocks, datura, and lavenders, as well as a few roses. They either don't work in bouquets or aren't always available. What are your favorite fragrants that work well in a vase?

One little sprig of lily-of-the-valley, or a bit of fragrant shrub/tree like mock orange or meyer lemon, or a little bunch of evening-scented (or other) stock can all give a bouquet lovely fragrance.
