Old-time iris question

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 6b)

I have this yellow iris in my yard that I know is an old fashioned variety. In looking on the internet, I believe the name of this variety is Flavescens. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Here's the actual bed that this iris grows in. If the name I have come up with is correct, I am going to add these photos to the PlantFiles.

I don't believe your iris is Flavescens. Flavescens does not have such pronounced veining down the length of the falls as is present in your iris.

I agree. Too much veining on the falls to be flavescens...but it is close.
