Could you tell me where you go to hear different bids songs, etc. Now that I have been watching them...I hear them alot more too, but I dont know what they are. Would like to 'school' myself on our local birds.

No doubt about it, Cornell University and their site are probably the best places to learn about bird calls, songs, and notes, as they're called. This link is straight to the sound library:

Maybe you can get some cd's with calls, they're very helpful. I wouldn't be surprised if there's one geared toward Florida birds.
thank you for taking me straight to the sound library...i came across some very interesting things trying to figure it out on my own...this is a big help however!
