Looking for Recommendations for a Shorter Clematis

I'm looking for some ideas for a long-blooming clematis to climb on a chain-link fence. The spot I have is about 5' X 5'. I think a 6' - 7' tall vine would do fine here as I would spread it across the fence. Thanks for the help!

Clematis ragoochi is a good one.

Across the fence? 'Elsa Spath' has a nice habit for this.
Much more compact- 'Piilu.'
It depends on how long you are willing to wait to have it covered. I'm impatient and would personally go for a bigger vine for the space than a smaller one, as you can simply trim it if it is too large.
