Feel like I'm losing my mind. Last winter I was reading about veggies and I recall reading that there was a cover crop that you could plant under watermelons to surpress weeds. Now I cannot find the info anywhere! Has anyone done this? I do not want the cover crop to BECOME my new weeds LOL
Can you plant a cover crop under watermelons?
Watermelons are a low growing crop. I can't imagine anything that would grow under them. Bermuda will start, but soon overshadow watermelon plants.
