I am very new to crochet. My grandmother used to edge flour-sack dishtowels and flannel baby blankets with very simple, colorful edgings. The flour-sack towels were always edged in red. The edging was attached directly to the fabric, not sewn on after.
Can anyone offer suggestions as to how I can do this or where I could find directions? thanks, sam
