A few regular visitors

Southern, NH(Zone 5b)

Some regular visitors to my feeders.

I was all excited with this one, because the bill looked "crossed" - I thought that it might be a Red Crossbill. The body markings are more like a House Finch, though. Any thoughts?

One of the many Juncos that like to browse under the feeders.

Love those Bluejay markings!

The first is a House Finch, with a slightly deformed bill (nothing serious for the bird's health)

Nice pics ckk! My Junco's just left a few days ago.

Thanks, pelletory. This is the first year that I have had Juncos at my feeders - I have no idea why they have not appeared before! There are a huge number of them around, though since winter - I don't know if they'll stay all summer or not.

Great photos, ckk - those little Juncos are so darn cute! I'm seeing very few right now, but they'll be back in large amounts in the Fall.

Nice shot of the Bluebird's markings, btw.
