It's hard from the picture, because it appears that the iris isn't all the way opened up yet. However, it doesn't appear to have a beard that I can see, and looks as though it could possibly be a Japanese or Louisiana Iris?

Those are just my thoughts, and I don't grow Japanese or Louisiana Iris. Hopefully someone that does can offer their opinions also.
