Sounds alot like an EarthBox to me... I guess they must've changed the design just enough to not be infringing on the EB patent.
I saw an ad on TV for "Tree Tomatoes" the other day... 3, count them 3, "professionally preseeded nursery packs" (which I deduced are probably 3 peat pellets plus 3 seeds) for the low low price or $9.95 (plus S/H, I'm sure). Wow....
Yeah, definitely a copy of Earthbox. Here's mine I made for $17. So far I have made 12.

I was going to buy 1 - just to see how they differ from the EB, but 9AFTER filling out all the info) they indicated they are all sold out - Hmmmm! Sounds like a boatload of cow manure!
