Onewish,

It's also pictured here in the photo files: http://davesgarden.com/pf/showimage/85737/

They are also carried by New England Seed: http://www.neseed.com/Phlox_i_Twinkle_Dwarf_Star_Mix_i_p/18190.htm

It is now an heirloom, and has gone under different names, like Phlox Twinkle: http://shop2.itnweb.com/halifaxseed/product.asp?dept_id=2000&pf_id=FS265

Henry Fields "Twinkle Toes" is apparently a re-badged sub-strain of the original star phlox named Twinkle, because the original Phlox Twinkle contained a very wide color range including countless bi-colors involving purple, white, lavender, yellows, as well as reds, roses, magentas, pinks, mauves, pure whites, you name it. Literally dozens of different colors and a seemingly unending number of color combinations. It's sad that the work of the original plant breeder hasn't been preserved better. You might want to try purchasing Twinkle from other seedsmen in the hopes of getting a better color range. You might even find it on seed racks in some stores.
