I'm pretty sure that it's Rooguchi. It's a deep deep blue color. It's hard to get a good photo of it and you can't do it while the sun is shining on it. Here's mine. I'm trying to get it to grow among the iris leaves for another season of color and some vegetation.

sorry i've been away from my computer, but yes, doss is right on the name of the clematis. i planted it last year and this year it is huge. about five foot.

I love your Clematis bloom! Especially 'Rooguchi' which can be finicky to grow.
