I have definitely reached that time in my life where sleep doesn't always come easy anymore. I usually fall asleep but wake up after 3 to 4 hours and then toss and turn for a couple. I have tried a glass of wine and melatonin; separate not together. And that has limited success. Occasionally if I am desperate I will take some sleeping pills but that is rare; I don't want to get dependent.
