Hi! I'm from Wisconsin and new to planting cannas. This year, I've decided to try and start some off in pots as we can have frost as late as mid May. Anyway, I planted a couple in some pots last week and I'm wondering how much and how often I should water them. I'm thinking once a week for now, but am not sure. I'll have them outside in the pots in a few weeks and then I'll let nature take over. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks and I love this forum.

Planting Cannas in Pots
I planted mine in pots on 3-31 and they just broke ground 2 days ago :>) I kept the soil moist but not wet. Hope that helps.
