Here is Vanity - the falls have a little damage from the recent cold snap.
More blooming
Beautiful flowers, made more so by the fact that it will be about a month before I have any iris blooming. Snow yesterday.
Wow! Both are great, Posie4U. Any guess as to their names?
I truly do not know. The foliage is so thick, I can't find a plant marker. They may be some that a friend gave to me and she did not know what they were. I will continue trying to find markers - hopefully, I will find them.
TD,
Those are gorgeous flowers. It is so nice to see how they worked out in real life. I am a sucker for most of them. Does Raspberry Fudge have a special fragrance, as I have read? Tiger Honey is a wonderful yellow that shows off without knocking out the observer's eyeballs.
Doodlebug: Nice, I like them all !
TexasD........... what a treat for the rest of us to view such wonderful iris pics!

So glad y'all are enjoying the irises. I sure am.
pajaritomt - Raspberry Fudge is wonderful. It does have a strong fragrance but I am probably the wrong person to ask if it is special. I am sensitive to smells and I prefer the lightly scented iris to the strong ones. :-)
Now for today's bloomers.

Doodlebug: I really like the Wild Sharon. When you say new, does that mean new to you, or is it a new introduction ? In other words...how can I get one ? (lol)
yes, I should be more specific. When I say new, I mean new to me, like the first time it has bloomed in my garden. I got Wild Sharon at Leota's which is now out of business. However, they sold all of their stock to Nola's so you should be able to buy it through them.

Two more beauties. I have been tempted to buy Ocelot for quite a while. This may put me over the edge.
TD - Vanity and Lady Friend make a lovely picture! They certainly compliment each other....and I forgot to tell you that Ocelot is a beauty too!
I am enjoying all of your photos as this is the first year I've planted iris in AZ and only a few are blooming.....
Texas_D..................... so far my favorites are Maria Tormena and Striped Butterfly! both of those just took my breath away. They are now on my "wish-list".
I hope you keep posting more pics.
