I posted this on the clematis forum as well but I thought I would post something similar here as well. I am finding that a lot of the nurseries only ship in the states. Do you know of any good nurseries that ship to Canada or that are in Canada and ship to Canada hahaha. Thanks.

I had the same problem - in reverse. I wanted seeds from a Canadian Company and they wouldn't ship to the US. Aren't we friends any more?

I don't see a policy listed on the Garden Crossings site. You can email them. They have nice clematis and are one of my favorite nurseries.
