Help - the task bar got moved

Hope somebody can help. Somehow, my DH managed to get the task bar with the Start button, quick start and start-up menus dragged over to the right of the screen. I've tried dragging it back. I've tried right clicking and checking its properties to no avail.

Can anyone please explain how I can get it back to the bottom of the screen?
