Large, old white camellia planted next to my back door--as in less than a foot from the foundation--needs to come out. Question is whether to try saving it. Blooms beautifully, but blossoms have brown spots on the petals by the time they open. Have watched this happen like clockwork for seven years.
BTW, I am putting my many various questions in different threads, so camellia experts who are not interested in the gardenia problem won't be bogged down.
