Dogwoods are blooming in Georgia!

Ellijay, GA(Zone 7a)

I just had to step out on the porch this afternoon and take a picture of the blooming Dogwoods in North Georgia. What an incredible spring. It was 93 degrees here 2 weeks ago today and I hear it could snow a week from today. But even with the rain today it was beautiful, the yard is in full swing and the pansies and tulips are still colorful. Can't wait to plant some seeds in the rock garden.

Yes, southeast Georgia is beautiful too, koalhuey. Between the dogwoods and the azaleas, it is a wonderland. I was so afraid that the flowers wouldn't last until Easter, but it looks like they will. (I can't believe how hot it is up there where you are!)
