These I found under a thick layer of english vine and needles, needles and some more needles and leaves while we had 10 large pine trees removed from front yard last week. Is this vinca minor ? no flowers though.

not sure about the vinca but does look like a jasmine. one of the ground ones. there are some that really dont flower too much.

My first guess was that it was Asiatic Jasmine. (Did the leaves go red/brown in the winter - but now the frost is over, it's coming back?) The configuration of the leaves make it look more like Vinca.
