You folks have inspired me to try to integrate more cfs into my home. One problem I have noticed is that by the time a cf bulb gives off a decent amount of light its often too big to fit into many standard fixtures or lamps. I have a ceiling fan with a light in particular that gets a lot of usage that I would like to put a cf bulb in but the ones I have are all too big to fit under the glass shade, are there any bulbs that are more compact than others?
