Seeds or are they not?

I have grown an amaryllis after the flower blooms
It looks like seed after dry up . are they seeds and can you grow them?

Here are some seeds showing in ripened and split open pods, some weeks after the blossoms have faded.

They can be planted and will sprout if they are "good" seeds.
