Recommendations for the best way to cut concrete chunks?

I've got concrete rubble that I want to use for small retaining walls around my beds, but most of the pieces are larger than I want. Anyone have a good method for cutting or breaking them into smaller pieces---preferably where I want them to break? Can I score and cold-chisel them, or do I need to drill them, or ......??
