Indoor planting...

(Zone 4a)

So this moring I planted my seeds in peat pots. This is the first time ever I am trying this so I really hope it works out. I planted coreopsis as my only perennial. I had one last year that I bought and I just loved the colour of it and how long it blooms - such a cheery flower! Then for my hanging pots and ground pots I planted some black eyed susan vines, morning glory (heavenly blue) and sweet peas. I figure these vines will be okay because they are along the side of my driveway with no gardens nearby so I figure I should be safe without them getting hold of my gardens. Anyhow I am really excited. Now I wait! Tic toc tic toc.....

Good luck, Dawn. It is exciting to grow things from seed. Much more of a feeling of accomplishment when they do well compared to planting a purchased plant. Which Coreopsis are you trying?

I am trying the early sunrise for the coreopsis. Wish me luck.

I wish you luck and success.
