I have one, we planted it last year so I have not allowed it to fruit yet. I noticed a little leaf burn after the frost so it seems to act like my Key Lime which also had mild leaf damage. The limes 7 years old and seems to always have fruit. I'm hoping that my climate will work for the oranges. From what I've read they want it dry and hot as the fruit ripens. Otherwise the fruit is only mildly colored.

Are you talking about a lime crossed with a blood orange? or about the *red lime* or Rangpur Lime which is advertised as a red lime but is really a sour mandarin. It is supposed to make good preserves. Very easy to grow. I dont know where to get it in FL though. The website at four winds nursery had them last time I looked if you want to see a photo.
