nursery container mail order sources

Brainerd, MN

Does anyone have any suggestions on good mail order sources for plain, INEXPENSIVE plastic containers, around 1/ 1/2 - 2 gallons? Thanks

I have bought from these folks, including my greenhouse; check out flats and containers.

Polly, your hyperlink didn't go through.

I've bought sheet pots from here http://www.growersupply.com/index.html and been happy. I'm thinking I might need to order some gallon (or trade gallon) pots for some of the plants I'm starting from seed this year, so I can baby them along in pots by the deck for a while... I save my pots, but I don't think I have quite enough in the stack!

Somebody posted another source recently, maybe in propagation, that I thought seemed promising... didn't bookmark it but will see if I can find it.

There are a few sources on this thread that might be helpful, http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/693609/

Maybe you can copy and paste -- I bought 200 gallon plastic containers from them last year.

Polly and Critter... thanks for these links. I'll check them out. I'm fairly new at DG but everytime I post a question I get really helpful answers from really nice people. (Make's me feel like a real gardener!) Thanks again for your help. Michael

Polly, I just checked that site.. thanks for the link! Their prices are a little better than Grower's Supply, and other places were about double, at least for trade gallon pots. I'll have to call and see about their new hobby assortment pricing.... I can use entire bundles of 1 gal and probably of 2.5 gal pots, but I'm not sure I have a need for fifty 5 gal pots at a time (maybe 20, though, LOL).
