Sugar Easter Egg with decoration inside

Remenber When you were a kid and your Grandmother had that Sugar Easter Egg out with a decoration in it does any one Have the recipoe to make the egg? I do have the hard plastic half of egg I think you make it with sugar and glue. Sorry about the spelling I am bad
