This is a hippeastrum that I got last year. I don't recall if it was one of ones my mom gave me, that her neighbor gave her, that he'd had growing in his yard in Florida. Or if it was one I got at Walmart. I don't even know if this is one that bloomed last year or not. I don't have any pictures of it, and I always take pictures of new blooms.
It's a large blooming one, with this bloom measuring 7" across at its widest point. It just has one 4" spike of foliage right now. The color is not a definite red, but an orangey-red. I just love it!!
Any idea what this is?
