Explorer and Thumbnails

In Windows XP explorer, I need to add 3 lines of text under each digital thumbnail without it wrapping around. Example: 1 line will have a name and number, the second line will have the name of the object, the third line will have the place the picture was taken. These three lines of info need to show up directly below each thumbnail without running into each other.
Is there a way to do this and if there is then how? If not is there a program that will let me do this?
