the name of my vine

I posted this to identification forum but did nit get a response. I have a vine on my back fence that I cannot identify. It has heart shaped leaves, small white flowers, and it has green pods that are shaped somewhat like dark banana peppers. The seeds inside are like bellpeppers. I noticed that there was some dried crescent shaped husks from last year before it bloomed again. Thanks for any help.
