Argentine ants are nested in all the raised beds in my vegetable garden. I'm preparing the beds for spring planting, and every shovel of soil is teeming with these buggers. I've got 4.5 acres, and I only want to keep the population down in this little 60x60 patch. I don't even need to eradicate them , but I'd rather not be covered in ants when amending the soil or harvesting carrots and such.
I used this

in one bed last year with Gourmet Ant Poison, and it seemed effective in that bed. Anyone else try this product on a lager scale and have results they can share?

I've not had to deal with this type of ant.
I went on line and did a little poking around.
I liked what I read about the product you chose to use when I scrolled down and read more.
I think you are on the right track with the Gourmet Ant because of many factors although you might want to consider purchasing several more. In order to get relief, you may have to treat a considerably larger area.
I wish you well. Please come back and share with everyone what works for you.
