I clicked on something and now this comes up as my home page,it also is in my toolbar at the bottom of my computer,it blinks between a cicle with a ? in it to a round circle with a line across it

I can't get it off my computer,I don't know how,I tried to search for the files,it also wouldn't let my computer do a go back and removed all the dates to go back too..please help me,it's taking over and driving me crazy..thanks..:-)
