The White-throated Tree Creeper (Climacteris leucophoea) is quite a familiar bird in our garden, usually working its way up the trunk and branches of various Eucalyptus trees. In fact one regularly roosts just above our front door.
Today I got one of the best chances yet of a photograph as this bird was exploring the end wall of our house. It seems to be able to walk up brickwork just as easily as the tree trunks.

Oh wonderful!! thanks kennedy! We have a few birds that do this on trees over in the US but I have never seen one do this on the bricks of my house! You sure have some interesting wildlife in Australia!
