hanging an under the sink curtain

I am helping my dear daughter w/ her new but old and falling apart home. I want to take the doors off the under the sink area and make a curtain to match the ones I will eventually make for her windows. How are they attached? There are no children and she keeps her poisons elsewhere. Thanks.
