Trying to build a website using Publisher.

I'm using Publisher because it's already on my work computer. So don't offer me the advice of buying a nice new expensive webuilder. LOL

Okay, here's my question... I get a lot of what you can do with Publisher, but i can't for the life of me figure out how to make my page adjust it's width according to the browser. I know I can decide on a width in the page setup, but I don't want people to have to scroll, and the 6" standard width they suggest seems puny and wierd.

Help?
