There have been a number of discussions on DG about what has happened to or what is going on with various seed companies that many of us have grown up with. I came across this site that provides the history and often current status of many of these once known and loved names. Thought you might find it interesting to know where your seeds come are coming from today.

Does anyone remember when the W. Atlee Burpee folks bought their company back from the conglomerate who'd assimilated them a few decades ago?
I had some Burpee Catalogs that they were missing. I did not have a 1990 issue and they are still missing that one.
