Please help with Venus Fly Trap Question

I had to remove from the dormant spot I had her in because it got to cold. She has started to grow again and I don't know what to feed her. There are no insects yet so what do I do?

Nothing, the plant photosynthesizes. Place the plant outside when the weather breaks to catch its own nummies.

Don't feed it anything. Put in a sunny spot and keep it sitting in some distilled or rainwater. It'll be fine! I started waking up a few of mine last week, I couldn't wait until Valentine's day to do it!
