Does anyone remember a thread that talked about planting veggies, especially tomatoes, in straw bales? I foolishly neglected to bookmark the thread, and now can't find it. Any help would be welcome and appreciated: thanks!

You should be able to find threads where this is mentioned. Just a thought.
Never mind...I tried it but it didn't work for me. Too long and couldn't narrow it down. Sorry.
Another Idea....If you made a post in that thread, you may be able to check your information in "My info" and locate it that way.

Thanks so much, folks! I'd tried a search, but got discouraged by 900+ pages of hits! Really appreciate the link, johnsonjrbm; it gave me everything I needed and more.
Go to page 6 or 7 on the Veg. Forum to Straw Bale Part 4. The links for part 1, 2, & 3 are listed. You should be able to find the instructions for prepping the bale and several photos of Kent's tomatoes. Don't know how to post the hyperlink but this will head you in the right direction.
