Doesn't he have a $100 minimum order? Other good adenium sources (with no minimums) are: http://www.snowbeltadeniums.com/ (this is the Phil from Cornell U.), http://stores.ebay.com/Taiwan-Adenium-Desert-Rose-Seeds, http://www.buried-treasure.net/. Check the Watchdog for other sources too.
Phil has specials on eBay: $5 for 25 seeds and $1 shipping (that's for A, obesum).

Hello,

I don't know about the States but in Denmark you need an import permit and a phytosanitary certificate to import plants or seedlings from outside the European Union. It's very expensive even for private collectors.

I know Kesorn and adeniumseeds.com. He is indeed a friendly person and delivers very fresh and cheap seeds with a germination rate of 90-100%. I have ordered three-four times and every time the seeds arrived within a week!

Best regards,

Martin

gessiegail, you need permits to import seeds as well. You can apply over the net for that permit. Within a few weeks you'll get the labels needed.
