Weight Loss Challange Feb. 3 - 10

Another week has begun and some of us are down, some are up & some are just maintaining. Contratulations to the losers & maintainers, & best wishes for the next week for the gainers,

My scale still says 132# this monring. At least I'm maintainint. If it weren't for this gazelle in the living room I'd probably be another gainer.

Molly, good job not drinking those beers. Even that one binge isn't a killer or reason to quit. You are doing great so far.

I'm going back to bed because i feel so sleepy.
