There were early morning storms, maybe tornadic storms, north of here today which CNN is reporting has killed at least 14 people. Florida Counties most affected were Marion, Sumter and Volusia. Hope all the DG folks in that area are OK.

I was watching on the news, What a disaster to have strike while you are sleeping.

There's a thread in the FL Gardening Forum asking folks to check in.
The latest report is that there are 19 dead (so far) and there are over 500 homes destroyed...also a church that was built to withstand 150mph winds. They are comparing it to another spate of El Nino tornadoes that hit several years ago.
