window coverings suggestions - traverse rods

Re-doing the guest room to be "cottage" with white furniture, hardwood floor, and hopefully a wallpaper boarder that looks like a garden. Want to change the windows to something cottagey looking too but have in place double traverse rods made for rod pocket panels.

Suggestions??
