China teacup... Dresden Rose??

Does anyone know anything about Dresden china? I understand that "Dresden" refers to a region/style and not to one manufacturer. I have a teacup that I am trying to find a value on, and I haven't been able to find out anything.. On the bottom it says: "NW-9/130 Dresden Rose "

I would love any thoughts or ideas you may have!
