Farm Estate Issues

Have an appointment with the attorney this a.m. to start looking at redoing our will. Am confident that he will lead us in the right direction but want to make sure I ask the right questions and am asking for your input. Our main concern is that when my husband and I pass away that our daughter (only child) would have to pay estate taxes. Another concern is that since dd has no children as of yet, what happens to our assets if she has no children. Anything I'm missing.
