Pears are odd???

The pears on my tree are deformed, they are not ripe by any means but weird shapes and rough patch on most of them . Any info a help. jack

Fruit trees need to be sprayed if you want quality fruit. They will still be edible when ripe but they may not look very nice and you may have to cut out the wormy parts!
