In my family we have a gesture for occasions like this. You hold you right hand up to you forehead with your index finger pointing straight up and your thumb pointing out to the left.
This is the international sign for "Loser Girl". Unless its Paul and then it's Loser Guy. (He wouldn't let us call him Loser Boy.)




(PS...the horses were in, it was the outside troughs that froze over. If we break them up and turn them on for a little while they'll be fine.)
