Where will you order yours? Favorite companies?

I usually use Pinetree Garden seeds and Johhnys seeds and have had good luck. I like to support Maine business. This year for Christmas I got a gift certificate from Burpee. I think it will be fun to try some new things I usually don't grow.

I like Johhny's but also buy from Cooks Garden.

So far I have placed orders with Fedco, Italian Seed and Tool Company and Parks. I will as usual order way more than I actually have time to plant/tend, but DH has promised I can expand the garden if I tidy up my two 4X6 beds, they are sort of in shambles. I ordered sweet corn seed from Parks, I will attempt to bribe DH with that. I have always refused his request for growing corn as it takes so much space. And I actually feel like renovating my cedar beds now that I have a plan to fasten the corners.

Should I store my seed in sealed ziplocs? I most certainly will, don't want seed damaged before planting time...but it's been so warm I could almost see planting peas very early. We'll see how Feb. goes.

I buy from Johnny's, Parks, Burpee, and at an Agway close to home(15miles). I had never seen a 6 - pack of corn seedlings until I started shopping there!

Edited to say: I forgot Gurney's...like thier seeds too!

I really like Sandhill Preservation.

We've been hooked on Park's Whopper veggies for years. particularly the tomatoes. I used to have a big veggie garden, now I'm down to a couple of containers, but I'm still growing the Park's tomatoes.
