What is the difference between Murraya paniculata 'Lakeview' http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/55288/index.html & M.Paniculata http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/78292/index.html . Since I only have room for one, I'd like to hear from someone familiar with them if there is a clear advantage to one over the other

I could be wrong, but I do not believe that there is a difference the 2 plants that you listed. I know that there is another type of paniculata (not one you listed) and I believe it is supposed to be smaller.
That being said, buy whatever type is available to you. I have a couple of these and love it!! They are worth making room for. If you need to keep it a certain size, they take pruning very well.
