If you are looking for a crystal clear adhesive for
glass-on-glass mosaic work, this is it!
I called Lowes, I looked online, I looked and
called all over, then I found this silly stuff at
Wal Mart for a couple of bucks and change.
3.2 ounce. On the internet it runs $5.97 a tube and up.
Check your local Wal Mart, folks, they likely
carry it if ours does, and trust me...our Wal Mart
carries the bare, no choice minimum.
You may or may not find it in a package. Mine
was sold loose in a display.
Funny thing is, my son was ringing things up for
me on the self-checking aisle when the "You must
be 18" thing came up. The girl walked over and overheard
me telling my son that some people huff this stuff, or
sniff it, snuff it, whatever it is called. The clerk approached
and looked at us both, then said "Are you really buying this
for you?"
I had to laugh. I realize she's likely doing her job, but come
on, if a kid is going to sneak some huff in, I doubt it will be while
ringing up a ham and Hershey's kisses with
an older lady buying a cart of groceries.
