Can anyone help me find a copy of this?

Growing up we often read this story and it was a hoot. For years I carried it in my wallet, but it was lost long ago. My family will be celebrating memories of past Christmas, and I would love to read it again on Christmas Eve. Being from a Norske/American family we had great fun with this.
